The Lincat Panther P8B6 is fully 1/1 GN compatible, perfect for holding and transporting food at the perfect temperature, with a bain marie top capable of holding up to 6 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep. Since this hot cupboard is fan assisted, it provides even heat distribution, fast heat up and fast recovery times. This unit is well suited to demanding environments such as cafeterias, canteens and restaurants and ideal for holding carvery and breakfast items for either self service or back service. 

Supplied with two heavy duty, multi-section, chrome plated, rod shelves capable of taking the heaviest loads, with four shelf positions to allow adjustment to meet individual needs.
