Most of the goods supplied by Agam Catering Equipment Ltd. are under manufacturers one-year parts only warranty (unless stated or agreed othewise which will be shown on the invoice). The warranty applies to UK mainland only. The warranty does not apply to glass, pizza oven stones, wear and tear, damaged or misused items. In the event of a breakdown within the one-year warranty period, we will supply all necessary parts to you, however will not supply you with an engineer, this is your responsibility. If the product is carrying back to base warranty, the customer must send the item back to us. The cost of delivery will be customers responsibility.
