Part of Valentine's new Evolution range, the EVO2525 is a double tank and double basket electric fryer that is capable of outputting up to 52kg of chips per hour.

As with all models in the Evolution range, each of the fryer's tanks is individually pressed from a single piece of stainless steel. This approach ensures a smooth and rounded design that is devoid of any bolted or welded joints, making it much easier to clean than other models.

The Valentine EVO2525 also has a small cool zone, which ensures that the fryer needs much less oil than before, thereby saving you money on operating costs.

The fryer also features a pivoting heating element, storage space and a drain valve.
