The Archway breading table is essential for any kitchen breading quantities of chicken, fish or mushrooms etc. With the high quality food grade lug bowl to house your breadcrumb's / seasoned flour, you simply need to moisten your meat, fish or veggies with egg and flour or whatever you wish, then place them into the breadcrumbs / seasoned flour in the lug bowl and then you are ready to fry. This Archway model has a handy sifting feature which means when you are finished breading you simply remove the rubber cover at the bottom of the lug bowl, and at the press of a button on the 267 watt brush motor all of the lumps or "dough balls" are sifted out leaving you with perfect breadcrumbs/ seasoned flour to use again, making this piece of equipment extremely cost effective. The archway electric breading table comes in small and large sizes and both are fitted with lockable castors so when not in use can be easily stored away.
